Анотація
У статті акцентовано на значенні педагогічної практики та її ролі у формуванні дослідницької компетентності майбутніх докторів філософії.
Визначено мету, завдання та функції педагогічної практики, що сприяють формуванню дослідницької компетентності; виділено етапи проходження педагогічної практики та зміст завдань аспірантів на кожному з них. Сформульовано очікувані результати та основні вимоги до процесу засвоєння програми педагогічної практики майбутніми докторами філософії в умовах аспірантури.
In the conditions of activity orientation of vocational training of future doctors of philosophy student teaching acts as the leading component in the system of formation of professional skill of pedagogical shots.
In article it is accented that the value of student teaching as one of basic elements of vocational training of future doctors of philosophy is very important because she provides gradual mastering applicants skills of the main functional directions of future professional and research activity.
The purpose of student teaching we determine introductions by graduate students of skills of the teacher-researcher, mastering modern methods and technologies of work with scientific information, her analysis, synthesis, generalization, ability to work with scientific literature, abilities on stay and solutions of pedagogical problems with the purpose of use of these skills, abilities and qualities necessary in the course of implementation of professional activity.
It is determined that future doctors of philosophy upon termination of a postgraduate study have to carry out professional activity at the creative level, that is possess innovative methods and technologies of a research, to know new theories and to be able to interpret them, to critically comprehend development of the theory and practice, to own techniques of an independent research, to bring originality and creative approach in subject matters and so forth.
Are defined the complex nature of practice and the main directions of professional activity of future doctor of philosophy are characterized: teaching; organizational and educational; research.
