Анотація
It has been analyzed the domestic and foreign experience in the concept of "pedagogical skills" interpretation. The lack of a common understanding of the definition and the diversity of its interpretation has been investigated. It has been also offered their own understanding of the conception based on the definitions of the phenomenon decomposition "skills teacher" in the scientific and educational studies.
