Анотація
У роботі проведений теоретичний аналіз чинників та визначено організаційно- педагогічні умови формування системи мотивації педагогічних працівників у процесі управління закладом освіти. Розкрито сутність і зміст мотивації, визначено її структуру, побудовано моделі мотивації, описано характеристики, критерії, показники та рівні сформованості системи мотивації педагогічних працівників закладів вищої освіти. Визначено методи, форми і технології, обґрунтовано та експериментально перевірено програму формування мотивації педагогічних працівників. На підставі якісного, кількісного й статистичного аналізу підтверджено зв’язок між рівнем професіоналізму педагогічних працівників та ступенем їх задоволеності трудовим процесом. Надано рекомендації щодо формування мотивації викладачів

In the study the theoretical analysis of factors is carried out and the organizational and pedagogical terms of formation of the system of pedagogical staffs motivation are determined during managing of an educational institution. The essence and content of motivation are revealed, its structure is defined, models of motivation are built, characteristics, criteria, indicators and levels of formation of system of pedagogical staffs motivation at institutions of higher education are described. Methods, forms and technologies are determined, the program of formation of pedagogical staffs motivation is substantiated and experimentally checked. Based on qualitative, quantitative and statistical analysis, the relationship between the level of professionalism of lecturers and the degree of their satisfaction with the work process has been confirmed. Recommendations for the formation of lecturers' motivation are given
