Анотація
In the article the principles and approaches to the formation of rhetorical culture specialists psychologists. The basis of preparation of future specialists of rhetorical culture a method, as a set of collection of interrelated means and of receptions performing any activity (industrial, scientific-research, teaching and educational, and others). The methodological basis of the creation of methods of forming the rhetorical culture of the future specialists psychologists become systemic, dialogic, personality- practice, personality oriented, context. The purpose and objectives of formation of rhetorical culture of future specialists-psychologists, on the one hand, and the laws of the learning process in higher education stable pedagogical phenomenon, based on the repetition of facts, educational activities and is the theoretical basis of training principles), deriving from the laws of the theory of knowledge, and provide for expression in appropriate conditions of permanent stable relationships and dependencies between the three elements of learning-teaching activities, the activities of teaching and the subject of assimilation (content training), on the other hand, are responsible for such principles (output system, the basic teaching requirements, training facilities, ensures the effectiveness of the educational process)
