Анотація

The article is devoted to the renovation of the study and research programme of training specialists of PhD level (Doctor of Philosophy), speciality 015 “Professional Education” , which is based on system, competitive, student-centered, synergetic, participative, integrative and pragmatic approaches. The following competences have been singled out: common competences - depend on no directions of training; general professional competences - dependent on the direction of training; professional competences - dependent on programme direction. The goals of educational (provision of post-graduate students reparation for teaching and research activities, formation of competences - general, general-professional, professional, which will permit them to master basic knowledge and skill necessary for realization of original dissertational research in the sphere of education, successful work in science and education, and be in demand on labour market) and research constituents of the programme (preparation of high-skilled practical experts, who have mastered general scientific methods of system, functional and statistic analysis as well as modern methods of research and pedagogical activities). The content of the programme has been revealed (educational and research components), the unity of different types of teaching methods rational for the training of high school teachers has been presented.
