“Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project “Real estate in UAE”

The thesis examines the key macroeconomic indicators and development trends of the UAE economy over the past 15 years. The main structural shifts in the UAE economy and the primary factors contributing to economic growth are analyzed. Special attention is given to the real estate sector and its role in the economic expansion of the country. The study also explores the UAE’s position in the global economy by assessing its international trade dynamics and investment flows. The investment climate, business environment, and opportunities for foreign investors in the UAE are examined. The final part of the thesis is dedicated to the formation and implementation of the international investment project “Real Estate in UAE.” The concept and rationale for the project are developed, outlining investment requirements and potential funding sources. The expected outcomes, financial feasibility, and projected investment performance of the project are evaluated.
