The paper examines the current economic and security trends in France, with a focus on the southern region and the city of Marseille. France continues to be one of the most attractive destinations for foreign investment due to its developed infrastructure, legal stability, and growing demand for private security services. Marseille, as a major Mediterranean port and multicultural metropolis, faces specific security challenges related to migration, organized crime, and urban safety. These factors create a favourable environment for launching a private security company. The study proposes an international investment project to establish such an enterprise in Marseille, financed through a venture capital fund. The paper includes detailed calculations of required investment resources, justification of the selected legal and organizational form, and an evaluation of financial indicators that confirm the project's investment attractiveness and long-term feasibility.
