Also, the work reveals the concept and content of "sanctions" as a coercive measure in international law, explores the types and forms of sanctions, and considers the problematic issues of sanctions in international law.У роботі проаналізовано сучасний стан міжнародних санкцій, розгляд та вивчення міжнародних санкцій, дослідження передумов виникнення, формування основних тенденцій розвитку міжнародного права в галузі мирного врегулювання спорів та практику реалізації механізму врегулювання у конкретній ситуації. Також роботі розкрито поняття та зміст «санкцій» як примусового заходу у міжнародному праві, досліджено види, форми санкцій, розглянуто проблемні питання санкцій у міжнародному правіміжнародні санкціїторговельні відносинисанкційний режимсвітова економіка
