It has been revealed that Kazakhstan’s investment climate is favourable for potential investors, although it has some weaknesses. The book market in Kazakhstan has been filled with Russian literature, the amount of which has been cut significantly, providing the gap. This creates favourable conditions for establishing a book publishing house in Kazakhstan that will publish in Kazakh language. The Kazakhstan government has taken actions to support national language and culture, which means that this investment project complies with national interest.
