During the writing this work, the general theoretical and methodological bases for the study of motivational factors were identified, a questionnaire was developed to identify them and was analyzed which of them are key for IT professionals. Recommendations are proposed regarding the approach to the motivation of certain specialties in the field of information technologyУ роботі аналізуються мотиваційні чинники, котрі є найбільш пріоритетними для фахівців it-сфери, виявляються характерні особливості в залежності від фаху працівників.
