Такими бізнесами, як кафе, відносно легко керувати, а процес відкриття – від створення бізнес-плану до першого клієнта набагато простіше, ніж керувати великим промисловим ланцюгом поставок. Крім того, є багато прикладів успішного виходу на ринок і отримання прибутку від такого роду сервісних проектів. Наведено розрахунки потреби в інвестиційних ресурсах, обґрунтовано організаційно-правову форму створюваного підприємства, а також розрахунки основних показників, що дали змогу оцінити інвестиційну привабливість запропонованого проектуThe paper examines the current state and trends of Belgium economy over the past fifteen years. It has been revealed that Belgium is one of the most developed countries in Europe, showing high rates of economic dynamics and successes in international economic relations. Businesses like café are relatively easy to manage and process of opening it, from creation of the business plan to the first customer is much more simple than managing large scale industrial supply chain. In addition, there are many examples of successful entering the market of and making profit of such kind of service projects.
