Проведений аналіз і висновки даної роботи характеризують Турецьку республіку як одну з найбільш динамічно зростаючих країн світу, з найпотужнішим економічним потенціалом у своєму регіоні. З початку 2000-х років уряд чітко визначив напрям державної політики щодо залучення прямих іноземних інвестицій в країну як невід'ємної частини політики модернізації економіки. Тому з того часу Туреччина продовжувала нарощувати свою економічну міць, і сьогодні країна є одним з регіональних центрів залучення іноземних інвестицій. Географічне положення Туреччини дозволяє їй унікальним чином з'єднувати Східний і Західний світи і щорічно залучати мільйони туристів з усього світу. Саме тому туристичний сектор завжди займав важливе місце в економіці країни і викликав особливий інтерес з боку іноземних інвесторів. Ці та інші фактори породили ідею даної роботи, яка спрямована на оцінку перспектив інвестиційного проекту з відкриття готельного бізнесу на південному узбережжі Туреччини. У даній роботі описується процес створення і розвитку проекту, розглядається його організаційно-правова форма, розрахунок первинних витрат, щорічних витрат і прогнозованого прибутку.This paper examines the current economic situation of Turkey with its development trends over the last twenty years and the country’s investment climate. The conducted analysis and conclusions of this work characterize the Republic of Turkey as one of the dynamically developing countries in the world, with the most powerful economic potential in its region. Since the beginning of the 2000s, the government has clearly defined the direction of the state's policy to attract foreign direct investment to the country as an integral part of the policy of economic modernization. Therefore, since then, Turkey has continued to increase its economic strength, and today the country is one of the regional centers of foreign investment attraction. Turkey's geographical location allows it to connect the Eastern and Western worlds in a unique way and attract millions of tourists from all over the world every year. That is why the tourism sector has always occupied an important place in the country's economy and received special interest from foreign investors. These and other factors gave rise to the idea of this work, which is aimed at assessment of the investment project’s prospects to open a hotel business on the southern coast of Turkey.
