Experimentally determined levels of development of teenagers and the influence of the level of development of volitional qualities to the level of educational achievements is proved. The correction program for the formation of volitional qualities of adolescents has been developed.У роботі розкрито актуальність проблеми дослідження вольових якостей у підлітковому віці. Теоретично доведено, що проблема волі і вольових якостей завжди була актуальною і в той же час складною. Розкрито психологічну сутність розвитку волових якостей підлітків як фактору успішності в навчанні. Визначено та описано волові якості, що впливають на успішність в навчальній діяльності підлітків. Експериментально визначено рівні розвитку вольових якостей підлітків і доказано вплив рівня розвитку вольових якостей на рівень навчальних досягнень.
