It is shown that SME sector in Canada is growing and promising factor of economic development, it creates new jobs and attracts investments. The main trends in international trade in goods and services of Canada are analysed. The research of international investment activity and international investments of Canada are resented. The investment climate in Canada and its attractiveness to foreign investors are analysed. The concept of international investment project “Real Estate Agency in Canada” is developed. The initial investments, costs and cash flows, as well as profit and investment performance indicators are substantiated.
