The study found that the introducing cooperative learning technologies in small groups based on professionally oriented situations will increase the motivation of future university trainers and manifest their personal position thus forming their communicative skills. A set of organizational and pedagogical conditions of realizing cooperative learning was determined and experimentally approved.
