У статті доведено, що важливим методом, який підвищує ефективність та конкурентоспроможність підприємств, є використання інтегрованих систем менеджменту та перехід від вертикальних ієрархій до більш гнучких горизонтальних структур. Запропоновано методи визначення параметрів BSC-системи.The analysis of the modern approaches to creation of an enterprise management system, what is operating under conditions of dynamic changes of the external economic environment, is presented. In this article it’s shown that a significant method of improving efficiency and competitiveness of enterprises is using of an integrated management system and transition from the rapid vertical hierarchies to more flexible horizontal structures.
