В результаті Японія є сприятливим місцем для інвестування, незалежно від розміру початкових інвестицій. Міжнародний інвестиційний проект пов'язаний зі створенням мовної школи за рахунок інвестора. Наведено розрахунки потреби в інвестиційних ресурсах та визначено особливості правової бази бізнесу. Крім того, для оцінки інвестиційної привабливості пропонованого проекту використовуються такі ключові показники ефективності, як чиста приведена вартість, індекс прибутковості та термін окупності.The paper examines the current state and trends of the Japanese economy over the period of the 20th and 21st centuries. It has been uncovered that Japan is a highly developed, stable and efficient economy. The country is a leader in many economic dimensions and has a very attractive investment climate. As a result, Japan is a favorable place to invest in, regardless of the size of the initial investment. The international investment project is related to starting a language school at the expense of an investor. The calculations of the need for investment resources are given, and the particularities of the legal framework of the business are determined.
