This work examined scientific views on the development and characteristics of motivation to success; a set of methods were selected that were adequate to the purpose of the study; the specificity of motivation of employees of the fiscal service was diagnosed and analyzed; motivational training was developed and tested to form motivation for achieving success. The practical significance of the study lies in the fact that the developed motivational training can be introduced into the activities of psychologists.У роботі аналізується проблема психологічних особливостей мотивації успіху у працівників фіскальної служби. Під час написання роботи було висвітлено наукові погляди щодо розвитку та особливостей мотивації успіху, підібрано комплекс методик, адекватних меті дослідження, продіагностовано та проаналізовано специфіку мотивації працівників фіскальної служби, розроблено та апробовано мотиваційний тренінг щодо формування мотивації на досягнення успіху.
