Furthermore, the study encompasses an investigation of the New Zealand economy, the identification of its principal strengths and weaknesses, the delineation of pivotal sectors for investment, and an assessment of potential risks and opportunities associated with them. This, in turn, enabled the identification of strengths (stable economy, productive labour force, natural resources, access to markets and technology) and weaknesses (remote geographical location, limited markets, competition for highly skilled workers, climate and environmental risks), as well as the forecasting of important economic indicators for investors and the provision of recommendations. In addition to the evaluation of the country's economy, a comprehensive examination of the real estate market and the pertinent issues was conducted. The advantages of investing in the selected country and industry were identified. Finally, the paper contains a specific justification of the selected project, a competitive analysis and calculations of the main indicators of economic attractiveness, such as NPV, PP and PI.New Zealand economyhousing issueforeign direct investmentconstruction and repair companyinvestment climateDEVELOPMENT AND WAYS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT PROJECT “CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR COMPANY” IN NEW ZEALAND
