У статті побудовано процес модернізації економічної системи, який відображає якісний вплив особливостей інтелектуального капіталу на послідовність модернізаційної трансформації економічної системи: «ресурсозабезпечення» – «інтелектуалізація» – «капіталізація» – «модернізаційний потенціал» – «модернізація».
