Анотація
The analysis of scientific researches on the problems of social and psychological peculiarities of children-orphans and children deprived of parents care has been provided in the article. The reasons and the process of formation of personal defects in physical, psychological and emotional development expressed in disorder of cognitive, emotional, volitional, behavioral spheres of children-orphans and children deprived of parents care have been considered.
