Анотація
Scientific and pedagogical studies have been analyzed to investigate the phenomenon of teaching expertise in the theoretical and practical aspects. The approaches to understanding the category of "teaching expertise" have been determined. The basic components of higher school teacher professional expertise have been explored and formulated. The key higher school teacher skills have been also defined on the basis of analyzing scientific studies.
