Анотація
У роботі аналізується проблема трансформації шлюбно-сімейних відносин сучасних молодих людей, в аспекті зміни психологічних установок особистості щодо розподілу ролей. Під час написання роботи було визначено загальні теоретико-методологічні підстави для дослідження проблем сучасної сім’ї, рольової структури сім’ї, задоволеності сімейним життям, теоретично досліджено гендерний аспект формування особистісних установок щодо розподілу сімейних ролей, розкрито психологічні труднощі молодої та зрілої сім’ї в процесі життєвого циклу сім’ї та сформовано рекомендації, щодо їх подолання. Задоволеність сімейним життям, у кваліфікаційній роботі, досліджувалось як фактор благополуччя сім’ї, для розуміння психологічно-емоційного стану у родині. Було припущено та емпірично доведено гіпотезу про те, що одним із аспектів трансформації шлюбно-сімейних відносин є зміни у рольовій структурі сучасної сім’ї, а саме: у молодій сім’ї присутні егалітарні установки у виконанні обов’язків щодо виховання дітей та відповідальності за утриманням будинку, а у зрілій сім’ї залишаються традиційні установки за цими ролями

In this paper the problem of the transformation of marital and family relations of modem young people was analyzed, in terms of changing the psychological attitudes of the individual regarding the distribution of roles. During the writing of the work the general theoretical and methodological bases for research of problems of modem family, role structure of family, satisfaction with family life were defined, the gender aspect of formation of personal attitudes concerning distribution of family roles was theoretically investigated, psychological difficulties of young and mature family were revealed in the process of the family life cycle and formed recommendations for overcoming them. In this paper the satisfaction with life as a factor of family well-being has been studied, to understand the psychological and emotional state in the family. It was hypothesized and empirically proved that one of the aspects of the transformation of marital and family relations is changes in the role structure of the modern family, namely, in a young family there are egalitarian attitudes in fulfilling (responsibilities for raising children and responsibility for maintenance of the house, and in a mature family there are traditional attitudes to these roles
