dc.description.abstractThe article analyzes the system of learning activities developed by the authors for teaching business telephoning in English to university students of economic specialties. The suggested system of learning activities consists of two subsystems (for teaching speaking and listening in telephone communication) and two levels of activities: preparatory ones and principal ones. Practical examples of learning activities from both subsystems and both levels are given in the paper.uk_UA
