Анотація
В ринковій економіці підприємствам доводиться функціонувати в умовах гострої конкуренції, невизначеності, мінливості зовнішнього середовища, ускладнення господарських зав’язків між суб’єктами підприємництва. У таких обставинах актуальним є вивчення проблеми ринкової економічної гнучкості підприємства. При забезпеченні належного рівня економічної гнучкості підприємства господарюючий суб’єкт найбільш ефективно використовує наявні ресурси.
На сучасному етапі економічного розвитку економічна гнучкість підприємства виступає основою довгострокового існування підприємств, формування їх конкурентних переваг як на внутрішньому, так і на зовнішньому ринках.
Дипломну роботу присвячено дослідженню загроз і умов забезпечення економічній гнучкості підприємства, аналізу сучасних підходів до управління та рівнів економічної гнучкості підприємства.
Розкрита сутність підприємницької діяльності. Розглянуті основні проблеми та перспективи розвитку підприємництва в Україні.
На прикладі ТОВ ТД «БАРСКІ» досліджено основні аспекти впливу на процеси прийняття стратегічних та управлінських рішень. Визначено можливі напрями розвитку підприємства що до посилення ринкової гнучкості підприємства.
Опис
In the market economy, enterprises have to function in conditions of acute competition, uncertainty, variability of the external environment, complication of economic relations between business entities. Such circumstances, it is relevant to study the problem of market economic flexibility of the enterprise. When providing the proper level of economic flexibility of the enterprise, the economic entity uses the available resources most effectively.
At the current stage of economic development, the economic flexibility of the enterprise is the basis for the long-term existence of enterprises, the f development of their competitive advantages both in the domestic and foreign markets.
The thesis examines threats and conditions of for ensuring economic flexibility of the enterprise, analysis of modern approaches to management and levels of economic flexibility of the enterprise.
The essence of entrepreneurial activity is revealed. The main problems and prospects of entrepreneurship development in Ukraine are considered.
The main aspects of influencing the processes of making strategic and managerial decisions are investigated on the example of LLC TD "BARSKY". Possible directions of enterprise development concerning strengthening of market flexibility of the enterprise are defined.
