In the article the necessity of using CRM-system in the activity of modern enterprise is considered. The ex-
perience of introducing a CRM-system into the enterprise activity is presented. Positive aspects of the impact of
the implemented system on profit, efficiency of work of employees and the entire organization as a whole are
considered.
