The thesis examines the strategies for the development and implementation
of an international investment project aimed at establishing an extreme sports
company in Norway. The study evaluates the current economic trends of the
Norwegian economy, its role and place in the global business landscape, and
assesses the economic attractiveness of the investment project. The research
