    DEVELOPMENT AND WAYS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT PROJECT “OPENING OF THE RECRUITMENT AGENCY” IN SINGAPORE

    The aim of this thesis is to develop an international investment project for opening a recruitment agency in Singapore and to provide the necessary financial calculations for evaluating the feasibility and effectiveness of this business idea. The main tasks include analysing the investment environment of Singapore, exploring the country’s labour market with a focus on high-demand sectors such as IT, finance, healthcare, and engineering, as well as assessing legal conditions for foreign entrepreneurship and recruitment services. As part of the study, Singapore’s political, economic, and legal stability, as well as its openness to foreign talent and innovation, were examined. The country’s advantages — such as advanced infrastructure, transparent regulations, and strong demand for qualified professionals — make it an attractive destination for launching a recruitment business. At the same time, possible risks and challenges were identified and analysed. The final part of the thesis includes a detailed financial model of the project, covering the amount of required investment, projected revenues and expenses, payback period, and risk assessment. Key indicators such as Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), and Profitability Index (PI) were calculated, demonstrating the potential efficiency and sustainability of the project.
