    The diploma thesis examines the economic situation in Italy, focusing on important indicators such as GDP, external debt, foreign economic activity, and the investment climate. The main aspects of the Italian economy are analyzed, including its problems and development prospects. It is noted that Italy is an attractive country for foreign investors, especially in the tourism and gastronomy sectors. The "Paradiso Gastronomico" project is developed as a lucrative opportunity for investors aimed at developing gastronomic tourism in the Tuscany region, particularly in Florence. Financial efficiency calculations of the project are presented, demonstrating its profitability and potential profitability. The conclusions of the work demonstrate that the project will not only generate revenue but also contribute to the development of the region and its infrastructure, increasing attractiveness to tourists and bringing significant benefits to the economy.
