    The thesis aims to develop a strategic framework for an international ecohousing investment project in Florida, USA. Research involved secondary analysis of the US economy and investment climate, and a case study approach with financial modeling to assess the Florida project's viability. Findings confirm US attractiveness for Foreign Direct Investment (FDI), highlighting Florida's potential for eco-housing due to market demand and sustainability trends. The proposed project demonstrates financial viability (NPV $0.84M, PP 2.37 yrs, PI 1.036), supported by a strategic framework addressing regional specifics.
