The UK's economic and demographic factors are examined to assess both advantages and limitations. Additionally, the study evaluates the UK’s attractiveness as a destination for foreign investment, predicts future trends in this sector, and considers its potential as an entrepreneurial environment. Finally, the thesis provides a justification for the proposed project, a description of its competitive advantages and market competition, and an assessment of key financial indicators - such as Net Present Value (NPV), Payback Period (PP), and Profitability Index (PI) - to reflect the project's overall efficiency
