    Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project «Bakehouse in France»

    The paper examines the current state and trends of the French economy over the past fifteen years. It has been revealed that the France is one of the most successful countries in Eastern Europe, showing high rates of economic dynamics and successes in international economic relations. At the same time, the country is experiencing a high cultural identity, widescale flow of tourists, and developed supply network, which creates favorable conditions for organization of small business enterprises in the field of services and food industry where you can combine exquisite French cuisine, the uniqueness of traditions and create jobs for the population of the country with high unemployment rate. The work has developed an international investment project to create a bakery in Paris at the expense of an investor from Ukraine. The calculations of the need for investment resources are given, the organizational and legal form of the created enterprise is substantiated, as well as the calculations of the main indicators that made it possible to evaluate the investment attractiveness of the proposed project
