dc.descriptionThe qualification work is devoted to the problem of theoretical substantiation and experimental verification of psychological features of assertiveness of future specialists in the field of psychology. The introduction substantiates the relevance of the chosen topic, formulates the purpose and objectives of the study, selects research methods, indicates the object and subject of the study, and the practical significance of the qualification work. The first chapter is devoted to the disclosure of the essence of the concept of “assertiveness of future specialists in the field of psychology” and the definition and justification of the components of assertiveness of future specialists in the field of psychology. The second chapter describes the methods and process of organizing the study, identifies psychological differences between assertive and non-assertive future specialists in the field of psychology. The third chapter substantiates the content and process of implementing the training of assertiveness for future specialists in the field of psychology; reveals the results of experimental testing of the effectiveness of the training of assertiveness for future specialists in the field of psychology. The conclusions contain the main results of the research.
dc.description.abstractКваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі теоретичного обґрунтування та експериментальної перевірки психологічних особливостей асертивності майбутніх фахівців у галузі психології. У вступі обґрунтовується актуальність обраної теми, формулюються мета, завдання дослідження, обираються методи проведення досліджень, вказується об'єкт і предмет дослідження, практична значущість кваліфікаційної роботи. Перший розділ присвячено розкриттю сутності поняття «асертивність майбутніх фахівців у галузі психології» і визначенню і обґрунтуванню складові асертивності майбутніх фахівців у галузі психології. У другому розділі розкрито методи і процес організації дослідження, визначено психологічних відмінності між асертивними і неасертивними майбутніми фахівцями у галузі психології. У третьому розділі обґрунтовано зміст і процес реалізації тренінгу асертивності для майбутніми фахівцями у галузі психології; розкрити результати експериментальної перевірки ефективності тренінгу асертивності для майбутніми фахівцями у галузі психології.. Висновки містять основні результати проведених досліджень.
