Methods of modeling the marketing logistics of social and economic networks, which are aimed at optimizing schemes of material flows, have recently become widespread in research on the interaction of the product manufacturer with the buyer. The social and economic network, as well as any system, functions under the influence of environmental factors. Thus, one of the main tasks of the analysis is to determine the environmental factors that have the greatest impact on the main indicators of the socio-economic network: productivity, connectivity and cost of network. It was determined that when introducing additional dealers, the growth rate of supply of goods in the regions is increasing, but with the decrease in market capacity, the likelihood that they will sharply decrease much more than with a smaller number of dealers. The manufacturer, having created a network, clearly regulates the policy of dealers in the market, that is, eliminates competition between them and clearly limits their number depending on the situation in the market.
