dc.descriptionПроект Аліси Фірсової на тему «Розробка та шляхи реалізації міжнародного інвестиційного проекту (Мовна школа в Італії) ». Основна мета дипломної роботи – оглянути основні аспекти економіки країни, імпортноекспортну діяльність, привабливість країни для потенційних інвесторів та розрахувати прибутковість обраної інвестиції. Аналіз показав, що Італія є високорозвиненою країною з багатьма привабливими можливостями для іноземних інвесторів. Система оподаткування особливо сприятлива для інвесторів, які не є членами ЄС. Освітня сфера розвинена, але конкуренція не повинна бути надто високою, щоб завадити розвитку бізнесу. Завжди є дуже високий попит на освітні можливості та деякі мовні курси для навчання, живучи серед італомовних людей. Італія – високорозвинена країна з великими імпортно-експортними зв’язками та сприятливими умовами для створення нового бізнесу. У дипломній роботі також вивчалася корпоративна спрямована стратегія компанії - стратегія інтенсивного зростання з метою проникнення на ринок і пошуку нових продуктів, знаходження нових джерел прибутку. Бізнес-стратегія, - конкурентна стратегія, яка визначається навичками, сильними та слабкими сторонами компанії по відношенню до характеристик ринку та можливостей, сильних і слабких сторін її конкурентів. Описаний у документі міжнародний інвестиційний проект має бути успішним, оскільки індекс рентабельності проекту становить 1,8, а кредит, взятий на створення проекту, має бути повернений через 19 місяців.
dc.description.abstractThe main purpose of the degree paper is to overview the main aspects of the economy of the country, import-export activities, the country’s attractiveness for potential investors and calculate the profitability of the selected investment. The analysis has shown that Italy is a highly developed country with a lot of attractive possibilities for foreign investors. The taxation system is especially favorable for non-EU investors. The educational sphere is developed, though, the competition should not be too high to prevent the development of business. There is always a really high demand for educational opportunities and some language courses to study while living among Italian-speaking people. Italy is a highly-developed country with great import-export connections and satisfying conditions for setting up a new business. In the degree paper, there is also studied a corporate direction strategy – an intense growth strategy in order to penetrate in the market and seek to develop new products and find new income sources. The business strategy is a competitive one, which is determined by the company’s potential, strengths, and weaknesses in relation to market characteristics and its rivals’ capabilities, strengths, and weaknesses. The international investment project described in the degree paper should be successful, since the Profitability Index of the project is 1.8, and the loan, taken for the project implementation should be paid back in 19 months.
