dc.description.abstract	This thesis examines the current state and trends of the French economy in the recent years. When considering the country's openness to foreign investors, a number of advantages were identified that put France at the top among other European countries in the eyes of investors. Tourism and France, two closely related concepts, played a key role in the development of the investment project, which was proposed to be implemented in this certain sphere. The hotel, with a snail farm on site, located away from the city, will provide the same desired sense of tranquility and merging with nature. An overview of existing forms of business legalization and the tax system was conducted, and as a result, the best option for the investor was selected, taking into account the scope of the project. The local market was researched and the uniqueness of the project was identified. The most important project performance indicators have been calculated, which prove its feasibility and attractiveness for the investor.
