The article suggests directions for improving the quality of traditional as well as the development of new semiconductor materials and different types of metallization. The use of epitaxial compositions for the production of photoelectric converters promises particularly great prospects. The tendencies of creation of the most complex electronic devices on the basis of multilayer epitaxial structures are clearly shown. According to the curves of temperature dependencies of the quadratic susceptibility tensor component 14, the conclusion is made that the low-temperature phase transitions in divalent nitrates are the phase transitions of the first order with the features of the second order. Research demonstrating the positive impact of transparency on increasing student trust in the quality of online courses and ensuring fair treatment of all participants in the educational process is considered. Special attention is paid to issues of academic integrity in the digital age. Challenges related to preventing plagiarism, copyright infringement, and other violations of academic ethics are discussed. A comprehensive approach is proposed, combining technological solutions, educational measures, and clear procedures to ensure transparency and academic integrity in the digital educational environment. Problems of confidentiality and protection of student data as a key aspect of information transparency in education are examined. Challenges associated with balancing the need for transparency in educational processes and protecting students' personal data are analyzed. The importance of developing clear privacy policies, implementing data protection technologies, and raising awareness among all participants in the educational process about potential risks and security measures is emphasized. In the context of the digital economy, the advantages and challenges of ensuring transparency in the creation, dissemination, and use of open educational resources are considered. Necessary procedures for peer review, evaluation, and attribution of authorship to improve the quality and trust in open educational materials are discussed. Challenges related to data bias that can lead to inaccurate or false conclusions and decisions are analyzed. Sources and consequences of data bias, such as lack of representativeness, inaccuracies in data collection, and algorithmic biases, are examined. It is noted that the digitalization and automation of internal business processes bring significant benefits in terms of increasing productivity and reducing costs. However, organizations face difficulties when trying to obtain such benefits for inter-organizational processes, partly due to a lack of trust. This paper considers a blockchain approach to address this problem. Bitcoin has demonstrated how blockchain can provide a distributed system without the need for trust through cryptography and decentralization. LTO extends this approach with a decentralized workflow engine for ad-hoc collaboration. Information is exchanged between participants through private event chains for each process and hashed on a public blockchain. This hybrid approach allows organizations to comply with data protection requirements and avoid scalability issues typical of blockchain projects. The advantages of LTO live contracts over Ethereum smart contracts are discussed. Live contracts do not contain values directly, but describe the interaction between the parties, unlike the cryptographic "boxes" of smart contracts. Modeling live contracts as finite state machines allows visualizing them in the form of a flowchart. Alternative modeling techniques such as Petri nets and BPMN are discussed. The article describes a scenario-based approach to defining a workflow containing states, actions, participants, assets, and embedded data objects. The features of data objects, participant identifiers, process execution and its adaptability are detailed. The author explains the operation of a private event chain as an ad-hoc private blockchain that ensures the consistency of the process state between nodes. Methods of ensuring data privacy are discussed. The second part of the article is devoted to the global public blockchain LTO to confirm information from private event chains. The consensus algorithm is explained based on the importance of token ownership and its use to prevent abuse. Optimizations, such as the NG protocol and aggregation blocks, are discussed to scale with a large number of transactions. The last part describes the architecture of the platform and its components: microservices, application layers, сontainer orchestration. Classically structured financial institutions set high interest rates and require a large number of documents to obtain a loan. In addition, there is the problem of controlling the use of funds provided as part of a microloan. Blockchain technology can provide a transparent and automated system that will allow students and young researchers to receive microloans on affordable terms. The aim of our work is to study blockchain technology for microcredit in the educational sphere by writing and implementing the program code of the program "Smart contract for microcredit on the Ethereum platform". Methods. The study used data from various sources, including scientific literature, statistical data, and information from websites specializing in blockchain technologies and microcredit. A comparative analysis of these data was conducted to determine the potential advantages and disadvantages of using blockchain in microcredit. The research of our program code has shown that the use of blockchain can have significant advantages for improving the microcredit process in education. In particular, blockchain can provide a more transparent and secure lending process, as well as reduce the risk of fraud. Discussion. Based on the results obtained, the advantages of blockchain technology for microcredit in the education sector are discussed. A number of limitations and issues that should be addressed when considering the application of this technology are discussed. The conclusions show that while there are some challenges associated with using blockchain for microcredit in education, its advantages as an innovative product to address these challenges are clear. Серія: Економіка та підприємництво, 2017) Хрипко Сергій ЛеонідовичModern information provision for the mass service system may not be as effectively used intheenterprise, as signs that the model of representation of production logistics does not always coincidead equately with the processes that underlie the simulation model of them as sservice system. The presence of dynamic processes of re-adjusting both equipment and technological processes post one a corresponding imprint on the effective promotion of the logistic process of production. The purpose of the study is to simulate the production processes of them as service system using the simulation too lintheenterprise. A scenario is used to reduce and increase the service time at the production and preparation stage for shipment. The results of the scenario demonstrate the presence of a synergistic effect: increasing the band width at the productions tage will increase the band width by 1%; increasing band width at the presalestage does not lead to a change in band width; simultaneous increase of band width at the productions tage and pre-sale training will increase the relative capacity by 3%. Consequently, the simultaneous influence of both factors leads to a significant increase in the targets core due to the irindividual influence, that is, in this case we observe the effect of synergy.Документ МОДЕЛЮВАННЯ ЗБУТОВОЇ ЛОГІСТИКИ СОЦІАЛЬНО-ЕКОНОМІЧНИХ МЕРЕЖ(2015) Хрипко Сергій ЛеонідовичMethods of modeling the marketing logistics of social and economic networks, which are aimed at optimizing schemes of material flows, have recently become widespread in research on the interaction of the product manufacturer with the buyer. The social and economic network, as well as any system, functions under the influence of environmental factors. Thus, one of the main tasks of the analysis is to determine the environmental factors that have the greatest impact on the main indicators of the socio-economic network: productivity, connectivity and cost of network. It was determined that when introducing additional dealers, the growth rate of supply of goods in the regions is increasing, but with the decrease in market capacity, the likelihood that they will sharply decrease much more than with a smaller number of dealers. The manufacturer, having created a network, clearly regulates the policy of dealers in the market, that is, eliminates competition between them and clearly limits their number depending on the situation in the market.
