    Comprehensive System of Financial and Economic Security of the Enterprise

    The article considers the main aspects of the formation of a comprehensive system of financial and economic security of the enterprise. It is revealed that the financial and economic security of the enterprise is its ability to ensure stability in both current and future periods, to minimize and neutralize the impact of risks, threats and dangers. It is established that the basis of a comprehensive approach is to achieve financial stability of the enterprise, its protection from the negative effects of internal and external threats. That is, the complexity of the system of financial and economic security of the enterprise is realized through the integration of a set of measures, the mechanism of their generation and provision. The article describes the method of building a system of the comprehensive evaluation of the system of financial and economic security of the enterprise, using the tree of goals and the tree of assessments. It is shown the ability to relate specifically defined values and explore the nature of their interdependence to be able to choose the best option to achieve the expected result.

    E-commerce development: Prospects and legal challenges of business digital transformation amidst economic de-shadowing

    AbstractThe development of e-commerce is becoming a decisive factor in the transformation of the global economy, opening up new opportunities for business. The purpose of the study is to identify strategies that allow companies to effectively use the potential of e-commerce to ensure sustainable growth and competitiveness at the international level. In this scientific article, the characteristics of the shadow economy and its impact on the economies of Ukraine and EU countries are highlighted. Approaches and tools used to combat the shadow economy in EU countries are examined. It has been established that the European Parliament adopts a series of legal acts aimed at addressing the causes and consequences of the shadow economy's impact on the development of EU countries. Based on the analysis of modern scientific research and the study of practical cases from different countries, the main legal and economic aspects affecting the development of electronic commerce were identified. The study highlights the importance of legal regulation as a means of addressing international commercial challenges, including intellectual property protection, cyber security and consumer protection in the digital space. Special attention is paid to the role of diplomatic initiatives in thecreation of joint projects and the development of international standards that contribute to the harmonization of trade relations and the support of innovative development. The results of the study indicate the need for a holistic approach to the development of e-commerce, which includes technological innovation and the development of legal infrastructure. The article highlights the factors of introducing digital technologies into commercial activities, the impact of globalization on e-commerce, and strategies for business adaptation to international challenges. Recommendations for optimizing the use of e-commerce in the global economy, taking into account current trends and future development prospects, are offered.

    Ecological and Economic Aspects of Innovative Development of Urban Logistics Infrastructure Taking Considering Pandemic Constraints

    The relevance of the topic is determined by the existence of inconsistencies between economic and environmental aspects of innovative development of urban logistics infrastructure, as well as the conflict of public, state and private commercial interests in this issue. The purpose of the article is to determine the principles and effective tools for innovative development of urban logistics infrastructure, taking into account pandemic constraints. The influence of the environmental aspect on the dynamics of transport flows was analyzed in detail and characterized, the scheme of determining the optimal solution for the development of the city was proposed considering the compromise between economic and ecological interests of society, state and business entities. A scheme of innovative development of urban logistics infrastructure under pandemic constraints was also developed. Materials of the article are relevant for developers of city plans, managers of urban logistics infrastructure, employees of enterprises participating in transport and logistics markets, scientists, and doctoral students

    The article examines the concepts and principles of ecological entrepreneurial activity, as well as examples of successful projects in this field. The purpose of the article is research on the development of the concept of "ecological entrepreneurship", research on the prospects for the development of ecological entrepreneurship in Ukraine, as well as the possibility of organizing completely new enterprises. Environmental business activity is not only the key to stable profitability, but also to the preservation of our nature and ensuring the viability of future generations. The modern world faces extremely important challenges related to environmental problems and conservation of natural resources. Climate change, air and water pollution, depletion of natural reserves are becoming serious threats to our planetary community. In this context, ecological entrepreneurial activity becomes an extremely relevant and important sphere of the economy, aimed at harmonious interaction with the natural environment. The concept of "ecological entrepreneurship" reflects not only the conduct of business aimed at obtaining profit, but also an active desire to preserve nature and create a sustainable future for future generations. Green entrepreneurs develop and implement innovative technologies and practices aimed at reducing CO2 emissions, saving water resources, rational use of energy, and creating products and services that do not harm the natural environment. Examples of successful environmental initiatives and their impact on society and the environment are noted according to the basic principles of ecological business. The importance of renewable energy and solar power plants in providing clean energy and reducing greenhouse gas emissions was also highlighted.
