Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project "Opening of a developmental center for children in Switzerland

The bachelor’s thesis examines the current state and trends of the Swiss economy over the past fifteen years. It has been revealed that Switzerland is one of the most politically and economically stable country in Europe, showing high rates of economic dynamics and successes in international economic relations. This thesis's primary goal is to plan and assess an investment project for the creation of a children's development center in Fribourg, Switzerland. Important conclusions show that there is a sizable need for high-quality child care services for kids aged from 0 to 4. The calculations of the need for investment resources are given, the organizational and legal form of the created enterprise is substantiated, as well as the calculations of the main indicators that made it possible to evaluate the investment attractiveness of the proposed project.

The main structural trends in the economy of Germany and the main drivers of economic growth are considered. The fectures of the service sector in Germany and its contribution to the economic growth are studied. The main trends in international trade of Germany are researched. The analysis of investment climate and the international investment position of Germany are completed. The business climate in Germany and its attractiveness to international investors are researched. The concept of international investment project “Cleaning Company in Germany” is developed. The investments and the sources of their involvement, as well as costs and purchases are substantiated. The investment performance of the international project is realised.
Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project «English language school in China»

The method of this work is to develop the project of an English language school in China and carry out calculations for the most investment. Also, the main task is the study of the economic component of China and the analysis of the investment climate. The economic and demographic stagnation in China was considered, which made it possible to apply its strengths and weaknesses. An analysis of China's attractiveness for foreign investment was carried out, current trends in this area were predicted, and the country was presented as a place for doing business. A study of the consumption of investment resources was also conducted, the organizational and legal form of the enterprise was determined, and the main indicators were examined, which made it possible to assess the investment attractiveness of the project. Favorable conditions for doing business thanks to several factors. First, it is a large domestic market with a high level of demand for goods and services. Second, the country has great potential with workers who are highly qualified at an affordable price. In addition, the Chinese government is taking measures to simplify business registration procedures and ensure the protection of investors' rights. Low labor costs, rapid infrastructural development and availability of innovative technologies also stimulate entrepreneurship in China. The finale of the work is the substantiation and determination of indicators that are extremely important for the project, such as NPV, PP, PI, etc. which reflect the efficiency and profitability of the project

The research focuses on the current state and trends of the Nigerian economy over the past ten years, evaluating its position among the most successful countries in West Africa and its performance in international economic relations. Additionally, the study addresses the challenges the country faces and the existing conditions for organizing small business enterprises that combine investment and job creation for investors. The thesis also includes comprehensive calculations for investment resources. Furthermore, it substantiates the organizational and legal form of the created enterprise, providing calculations of key indicators that assess the investment attractiveness of the proposed project.

Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project "Beauty salon in Uzbekistan”

The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the feasibility and potential profitability of investing in a beauty salon in Uzbekistan. The research was conducted through a combination of market analysis, financial forecasting, and consumer surveys from major city such as Tashkent. The hypothesis that the beauty salon industry in Uzbekistan is a lucrative investment opportunity was tested. The main findings reveal a strong demand for beauty services, driven by increasing disposable incomes and changing social norms. The financial projections indicate a high return on investment within the first two years of operation. The conclusion emphasizes the viability of the beauty salon investment project, suggesting it can significantly contribute to the local economy and offer substantial profits to investors.
РОЗРОБКА ТА ШЛЯХИ РЕАЛІЗАЦІЇ МІЖНАРОДНОГО ІНВЕСТИЦІЙНОГО ПРОЕКТУ «МАГАЗИН УКРАЇНСЬКОГО НАЦІОНАЛЬНОГО ОДЯГУ В КАНАДІ»

У роботі проведено дослідження сучасної економіки Канади та тенденцій її розвитку за останні п'ятнадцять років. Встановлено, що Канада є однією з найбільш економічно розвинених країн світу, оскільки в країні ефективно розвивається промисловість, налагоджені транспортні шляхи всередині країни високий показник ВВП на душу населення, а також є великі запаси корисних копалин, що також покращує загальний економічний стан країни у сучасних реаліях. Українці є сьомою за чисельністю етнічною меншиною Канади, становлячи майже 4% від загальної кількості населення країни. Крім того, українська діаспора в Канаді має значний політичний та економічний вплив, що з роками робить країну більш привабливою для українських інвесторів та підвищує лояльність до українського бізнесу в цій країні. Особливо це актуально для тих, хто зацікавлений у відкритті магазинів, які відображають автентичність України у зв’язку з досить швидким та динамічним зростанням та поширенням інтересу до української унікальності, що відокремлює країну від інших слов'яньких національностей, у світі, на жаль, війна в Україні також внесла свій вагомий внесок у це. В рамках роботи було проведено аналіз ринку одягу в Торонто, за результатами якого розроблено концепцію сучасного інвестиційного проекту для відкриття магазину українського національного одягу. Такий проект міг би бути успішним як серед канадців, туристів країни, так і серед українців, які б сприяли популяризації. У роботі аналізується та оцінюється фінансова частина відкриття магазину, розраховується можливий дохід, передбачаються витрати та розраховується приблизний термін окупності. Завдяки отриманим даним можна оцінити, наскільки цей проект буде сприятливим для відкриття малого бізнесу в Канаді і чи зацікавить він сучасних інвесторів.
Розробка та шляхи реалізації міжнародного інвестиційного проекту "Центр фінансового кіберзахисту в Німеччині"

У роботі викладено результати дослідження економіки Німеччини та її інвестиційного клімату, на основі якого було розроблено інвестиційний план у сфері кібербезпеки, яка має сприятливі умови для його реалізації. Німеччина відкрита до нових бізнес-проектів, проте підприємці матимуть дещо складний процес реєстрації власної діяльності і посідає країна 22 місце (з 190 країн) за легкістю ведення бізнесу, що відноситься до одного із її недоліків. Тому, було розглянуто найоптимальніші варіанти відкриття підприємства для іноземців з використанням віз. У підсумку, з урахуванням всіх правових та економічних нюансів, розроблений проект «Центр фінансового кіберзахисту» може мати успіх, що підтверджується кінцевими розрахунками, які стосуються його ефективності та привабливості.
Розробка та шляхи реалізації міжнародного інвестиційного проекту «Будівництво заводу з виробництва електромобілів у Індонезії»

У роботі проведено комплексний аналіз економіки Індонезії, зокрема досліджено її сучасний стан, основні тенденції розвитку та проблеми. Особлива увага приділена ринку праці та участі країни у міжнародних міграційних процесах. Вивчено зовнішньоекономічну діяльність Індонезії, включаючи експортно-імпортну діяльність, прямі закордонні інвестиції та інвестиційний клімат. На основі проведеного аналізу виконано розробку міжнародного інвестиційного проекту зі створення підприємства з виробництва електромобілів. Проведено аналіз ринку автомобілебудування в Індонезії, обґрунтовано інвестиційний проект, оцінено потребу в інвестиційних ресурсах та визначено джерела їх залучення. Розраховано очікувані доходи від проекту та здійснено оцінку його економічної привабливості. Ключові слова: Індонезія, автомобілебудування, електромобілі

The aim of this paper is to develop the project of Climbing Sports Center opening in the Czech Republic and provide all the required calculations for making a decision regarding the investment of the project. Furthermore, the main tasks are to examine the economy of the chosen country, identify key areas for investment, and assess the risks and opportunities associated with this. Both economical and demographical situation in Czechia were examined, what allowed to define its strengths and weaknesses. Furthermore, the attractiveness of the Czech Republic as an object of foreign investment was analyzed, ongoing trends in this area were forecasted and the country was considered as a place for doing business. Finally, the thesis includes a justification for the chosen project, its description (competitive advantages, analysis of competitors) and the key indicators, such as NPV, PP and PI, which reflects the efficiency of the project.

У роботі розглянута актуальна тема розвитку інвестиційного проекту у галузі гастрономії, зокрема відкриття кав'ярні в Швейцарії. Зазначено, що Швейцарія відома своєю економічною стабільністю та привабливістю для інвесторів, а також є важливим фінансовим центром та центром інновацій. В рамках роботи визначено мету дослідження - проаналізувати можливості інвестування у гастрономічну галузь у Швейцарії та розробити інвестиційний проект на відкриття кав'ярні. Також визначено завдання дослідження, які включають аналіз економіки та зовнішньо-економічних відносин Швейцарії, аналіз ринку гастрономічних послуг у країні, розробку ефективного інвестиційного проекту та розрахунок його економічної доцільності. Дослідження ґрунтується на ретроспективному аналізі, статистичних даних, а також законодавчих і нормативних документах. Отримані результати можуть бути корисними для інвесторів та підприємців, що цікавляться розвитком гастрономічного бізнесу в Швейцарії, а також внести вагомий внесок у збагачення місцевої гастрономічної сцени та підвищення її привабливості для туристів та місцевих мешканців.
DEVELOPMENT AND IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT PROJECT: Investment in Liechtenstein: Opening a taxi service in Liechtenstein

The thesis titled "The Development and Implementation of the International Investment Project: Launching a Taxi Service in Liechtenstein" aims to provide a comprehensive analysis of the process involved in establishing a taxi service in Liechtenstein. The study focuses on the practical aspects of setting up an international investment project, including the legal and regulatory framework, infrastructure, logistics, and human resources. The research methodology employed in this thesis is qualitative and follows a case study approach. The primary data was collected through semi-structured interviews with stakeholders involved in the project, while secondary data was sourced from academic literature, official reports, and other relevant sources. The thesis concludes by outlining the lessons learned from the case study and proposing recommendations for companies considering investment in Liechtenstein. These include developing a comprehensive understanding of the local market, building relationships with local stakeholders, and investing in training and development of human resources. The findings of this thesis highlight the challenges and opportunities of investing in Liechtenstein, including the country's strategic location, efficient transportation network, and favorable business environment. The study provides insights into the critical success factors for international investment projects, such as effective management, local partnerships, and government support.

У даній роботі було досліджено економіку Франції, проведено аналіз сильних та слабких сторін країни, оцінено інвестиційний клімат за різними критеріями. Франція - країна з неосяжною історією, яка пропонує різноманітні можливості для інвесторів. Розвинена економіка, злагоджена інфраструктура та висококваліфікована робоча сила роблять країну привабливим місцем для інвестицій. Запропонований проект шерингових велосипедів відкриває широкі можливості для економічних, соціальних та екологічних вигод. Цей проект має на меті створення інноваційної мережі велопрокату, яка б забезпечила доступність та зручність для мешканців та відвідувачів міст. Завдяки високій популярності велосипедів у Франції та їх потенціалу як засобу екологічного транспорту, цей проект може сприяти зменшенню транспортних заторів, забрудненню повітря та підвищенню загального рівня фізичної активності. Крім того, він може стати важливим чинником у підвищенні туристичної привабливості міст та регіонів Франції. Основні аспекти, що потребують уваги, включають аналіз економічного та правового середовища, а також оцінка впливу на довкілля, розробку та розрахунок ідеї для реалізації і також врахування соціальних та культурних відмінностей у різних місцевостях Франції. Завдяки увазі приділеній цим аспектам можна визначити успішну стратегію для впровадження проекту в життя, успішне його втілення може стати ключовим кроком у сприянні сталому розвитку міст та регіонів Франції, підвищенні якості життя їхніх мешканців та створенні більш здорового та екологічного середовища.
DEVELOPMENT AND WAYS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT PROJECT «STRETCHING STUDIO IN BRAZIL»

The paper examines the current state and development trends of the Brazilian economy in recent years. Brazil has been found to be an attractive destination for international investors due to several factors: a domestic market with a population of over 210 million people, the availability of easily mined raw materials, a diversified economy less vulnerable to international crises, and a strategic geographic location that provides easy access. The work developed an international investment project to create a stretching studio in Brazil at the expense of an investor from Ukraine. Calculations of the need for investment resources are presented, the organizational and legal form of the enterprise being created is substantiated, and calculations of the main indicators are carried out, which made it possible to assess the investment attractiveness of the proposed project.
Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project “Book Publishing House in Kazakhstan”

This paper examines the current state and recent trends of the Kazakhstan economy. It has been revealed that Kazakhstan’s investment climate is favourable for potential investors, although it has some weaknesses. The book market in Kazakhstan has been filled with Russian literature, the amount of which has been cut significantly, providing the gap. This creates favourable conditions for establishing a book publishing house in Kazakhstan that will publish in Kazakh language. The Kazakhstan government has taken actions to support national language and culture, which means that this investment project complies with national interest. The calculations of the investments, expenses and expected revenues are given, the organisational and legal form of the created enterprise is substantiated, the calculations of the main economic indicators needed for evaluation of the investment attractiveness of the proposed project are calculated.

Однак, країна стикається з проблемами, пов'язаними зі старінням населення та робочою силою. Японія створює сприятливі умови для організації малого та середнього бізнесу. У роботі розроблено міжнародний інвестиційний проект зі створення мовної школи в Осаці за рахунок власних коштів інвестора з України. Наведено розрахунки потреби в інвестиційних ресурсах, обґрунтовано організаційно-правову форму створюваного підприємства, а також проведено розрахунки основних показників, що дозволили оцінити інвестиційну привабливість запропонованого проекту. У роботі проведено дослідження сучасного стану та тенденцій розвитку економіки Франції за останні п’ятнадцять років. Виявлено, що Франція є однією з найбільших економік Європейського Союзу, яка має значний обсяг ВВП, невисокі темпи інфляції та високий рівень життя. Разом з тим, країна відчуває проблеми у вигляді напливу мігрантів, дефіциту державного бюджету, що спричиняє макрофінансові проблеми. Крім того, у Франції досить високе податкове навантаження, що дещо заважає підприємствам малого бізнесу. У роботі розроблено міжнародний інвестиційний проєкт по створенню туристичного агентства у м. Ренн за рахунок кредитних коштів, реалізовуватиме даний проєкт підприємець з України. Наведені розрахунки потреби в інвестиційних ресурсах, обґрунтовано основні статті доходів та витрат створюваного підприємства, а також проведено розрахунки основних показників, які дали змогу оцінити інвестиційні привабливість запропонованого проєкту.

The research culminates in the development of a comprehensive investment project for a solar energy company in Portugal, assessing market conditions, regulatory frameworks, and financial feasibility. The findings reveal Portugal's economic resilience, the strategic importance of its trade relationships, and the viability of renewable energy investments. This research provides actionable insights for policymakers, trade professionals, and investors, offering practical recommendations to enhance economic stability, optimize trade strategies, and promote sustainable investments.
