Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project “Establishing an E-commerce platform for fashion products in Nigeria”

This thesis aims to critically explore the development of international investment in Nigeria through the establishment of an e-commerce platform for fashion products. By leveraging the power of technology and digital platforms, this study seeks to understand the potential impact on the fashion industry in Nigeria and the opportunities it presents for international investors. Through a comprehensive analysis of market trends, consumer behavior, and regulatory frameworks, this research provides valuable insights into this venture's potential benefits and challenges. The research focuses on the current state and trends of the Nigerian economy over the past ten years, evaluating its position among the most successful countries in West Africa and its performance in international economic relations. Additionally, the study addresses the challenges the country faces and the existing conditions for organizing small business enterprises that combine investment and job creation for investors. The thesis also includes comprehensive calculations for investment resources. Furthermore, it substantiates the organizational and legal form of the created enterprise, providing calculations of key indicators that assess the investment attractiveness of the proposed project.

The paper analyzes the current state and trends of the Austrian economy over the past fifteen years. It has been found that this country is one of the most successful countries in the European Union, demonstrating high rates of economic dynamics and success in international economic relations. The features of this paper is that in the context of military actions in Ukraine, it is advisable for Ukrainian entrepreneurs to diversify their capital and open small businesses in European countries. The article develops an international investment project on opening a pizzeria restaurant in the capital of Austria - Vienna. The article provides calculations of the need for investment resources, substantiates the organizational and legal form of the enterprise to be created, and calculates the main indicators that allowed to assess the investment attractiveness of the proposed project.

The thesis explores the development and implementation of the international investment project «Video Game Company in South Korea». This thesis aims to analyze the South Korea's dynamic video game market, as well as implementation of a video game company in the country. Conducted through a comprehensive review of industry trends and economic conditions, the research tests the hypothesis that South Korea offers lucrative prospects for international gaming investments. Findings reveal a robust market driven by high gamer penetration and substantial mobile gaming revenues. Despite economic fluctuations and regulatory challenges, the study concludes that strategic entry into South Korea's gaming sector promises significant growth opportunities for global investors

The paper examines the current state and development trends of the Brazilian economy in recent years. Brazil has been found to be an attractive destination for international investors due to several factors: a domestic market with a population of over 210 million people, the availability of easily mined raw materials, a diversified economy less vulnerable to international crises, and a strategic geographic location that provides easy access. The work developed an international investment project to create a stretching studio in Brazil at the expense of an investor from Ukraine. Calculations of the need for investment resources are presented, the organizational and legal form of the enterprise being created is substantiated, and calculations of the main indicators are carried out, which made it possible to assess the investment attractiveness of the proposed project.
Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project “Book Publishing House in Kazakhstan”

This paper examines the current state and recent trends of the Kazakhstan economy. It has been revealed that Kazakhstan’s investment climate is favourable for potential investors, although it has some weaknesses. The book market in Kazakhstan has been filled with Russian literature, the amount of which has been cut significantly, providing the gap. This creates favourable conditions for establishing a book publishing house in Kazakhstan that will publish in Kazakh language. The Kazakhstan government has taken actions to support national language and culture, which means that this investment project complies with national interest. The calculations of the investments, expenses and expected revenues are given, the organisational and legal form of the created enterprise is substantiated, the calculations of the main economic indicators needed for evaluation of the investment attractiveness of the proposed project are calculated.

The purpose of this thesis is to develop a project for the creation and implementation of "Post Creator," an innovative cross-platform application designed to revolutionize social media content creation in Singapore. The project includes necessary calculations to facilitate investment decisions. Key objectives involve analyzing the economic landscape of Singapore, identifying critical areas for investment, and assessing associated risks and opportunities. Singapore's economic and technological advancements were examined, highlighting strengths such as a highly developed financial sector, robust innovation ecosystem, and strategic position as a global trade hub. The attractiveness of Singapore for foreign investment was analyzed, with a focus on recent trends in technology and entrepreneurship. Detailed investment strategies, including venture capital funding, strategic partnerships, and international expansion plans, were proposed. Key financial indicators such as NPV, IRR, and payback period were calculated to demonstrate the project's viability. The favorable business environment in Singapore, supported by government policies and incentives, provides an excellent foundation for the success of "Post Creator." This thesis includes a comprehensive analysis of the project's rationale, competitive advantages, and expected financial outcomes.
Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project «English language school in China»

The method of this work is to develop the project of an English language school in China and carry out calculations for the most investment. Also, the main task is the study of the economic component of China and the analysis of the investment climate. The economic and demographic stagnation in China was considered, which made it possible to apply its strengths and weaknesses. An analysis of China's attractiveness for foreign investment was carried out, current trends in this area were predicted, and the country was presented as a place for doing business. A study of the consumption of investment resources was also conducted, the organizational and legal form of the enterprise was determined, and the main indicators were examined, which made it possible to assess the investment attractiveness of the project. Favorable conditions for doing business thanks to several factors. First, it is a large domestic market with a high level of demand for goods and services. Second, the country has great potential with workers who are highly qualified at an affordable price. In addition, the Chinese government is taking measures to simplify business registration procedures and ensure the protection of investors' rights. Low labor costs, rapid infrastructural development and availability of innovative technologies also stimulate entrepreneurship in China. The finale of the work is the substantiation and determination of indicators that are extremely important for the project, such as NPV, PP, PI, etc. which reflect the efficiency and profitability of the project

This thesis examines the current state and trends of the French economy in the recent years. When considering the country's openness to foreign investors, a number of advantages were identified that put France at the top among other European countries in the eyes of investors. Tourism and France, two closely related concepts, played a key role in the development of the investment project, which was proposed to be implemented in this certain sphere. The hotel, with a snail farm on site, located away from the city, will provide the same desired sense of tranquility and merging with nature. An overview of existing forms of business legalization and the tax system was conducted, and as a result, the best option for the investor was selected, taking into account the scope of the project. The local market was researched and the uniqueness of the project was identified. The most important project performance indicators have been calculated, which prove its feasibility and attractiveness for the investor.

The main aim of this thesis is to develop and propose ways to implement an international investment project titled “Opening of the Ukrainian multi-brand store” in Austria. The research was conducted through an extensive analysis of Austria's economic landscape, including its labor market, foreign economic activities, and investment climate, tested through the hypothesis that such a venture would be economically viable and beneficial. Key findings indicate that Austria's stable economy, high demand for diverse fashion products, and favorable investment climate create an ideal environment for the proposed store. Additionally, the project promises significant returns on investment and strengthens bilateral trade relations.

The main aim of this thesis is to analyze the feasibility and potential profitability of investing in a beauty salon in Uzbekistan. The research was conducted through a combination of market analysis, financial forecasting, and consumer surveys from major city such as Tashkent. The hypothesis that the beauty salon industry in Uzbekistan is a lucrative investment opportunity was tested. The main findings reveal a strong demand for beauty services, driven by increasing disposable incomes and changing social norms. The financial projections indicate a high return on investment within the first two years of operation. The conclusion emphasizes the viability of the beauty salon investment project, suggesting it can significantly contribute to the local economy and offer substantial profits to investors.

The research methodology employed in this thesis is qualitative and follows a case study approach. The primary data was collected through semi-structured interviews with stakeholders involved in the project, while secondary data was sourced from academic literature, official reports, and other relevant sources. The thesis concludes by outlining the lessons learned from the case study and proposing recommendations for companies considering investment in Liechtenstein. У роботі проведено дослідження сучасного стану та тенденцій розвитку економіки Великої Британії за останні п’ятнадцять років. виявлено, що Велика Британія є одним із світових лідерів міжнародної торгівлі та інвестиційної діяльності. Разом з тим, країна переживає ріст цін через глобальні економічні процеси та інфляцію через війну в Україні. Проте, це створює сприятливі умови для організації підприємств малого та середнього бізнесу, де проглядається вигідне інвестування та створення покращення екології країни і світу в цілому. У роботі розроблено міжнародний інвестиційний проект по встановленню сонячних панелей на даху кампусу університету у Великій Британії за рахунок підприємства з України. Наведені розрахунки потреби в інвестиційних ресурсах, обґрунтовано організаційно-правову форму створюваного підприємства, а також проведено розрахунки основних показників, які дали змогу оцінити інвестиційні привабливість запропонованого проекту.
Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project “Tasty Ways: innovation, expansion and investment in gastro-delivery on the islands in Greece”

The primary objective of the thesis is to establish and evaluate methods for carrying out the international investment project “Tasty Ways”, which aims to promote growth and investment on Greek islands’ food delivery sector. The analysis is carried out using necessary statistical data. The project’s fundamental conclusions include the identification of the most promising prospects for food delivery innovation, an examination of the legal and economic effects of investing in the Greek market, and suggestions for the best ways to expand a business on the islands. Strategies for resolving the logistical and seasonal issues in the island regions are also discussed. For the “Tasty Ways” initiative to be implemented successfully, a thorough business plan was created based on the data from an economic analysis. It contains financial projections and suggestions for luring investors.

The bachelor’s thesis examines the current state and trends of the Swiss economy over the past fifteen years. It has been revealed that Switzerland is one of the most politically and economically stable country in Europe, showing high rates of economic dynamics and successes in international economic relations. This thesis's primary goal is to plan and assess an investment project for the creation of a children's development center in Fribourg, Switzerland. Important conclusions show that there is a sizable need for high-quality child care services for kids aged from 0 to 4. The calculations of the need for investment resources are given, the organizational and legal form of the created enterprise is substantiated, as well as the calculations of the main indicators that made it possible to evaluate the investment attractiveness of the proposed project.
Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project “Opening а liquor store in Saudi Arabia”

The goal of this thesis is to devise and investigate strategies for carrying out a global investment project that will establish a liquor store in Saudi Arabia. Given that Saudi Arabia is renowned for having severe rules governing the sale and consumption of alcohol, this topic is quite pertinent. Potential investment prospects in this field can now be considered in light of the recent socio-economic reforms implemented under the Vision 2030 program. The paper analyzes the current state of the alcoholic beverages market in Saudi Arabia and the region as a whole, legal and regulatory aspects affecting the implementation of the project, potential risks and ways to minimize them, a marketing strategy for a successful market entry, as well as financial calculations and economic justification of the project . A great deal of focus is placed on the examination of Saudi Arabia's economy and how open it is to foreign investment, which is crucial to the project's successful completion. The study's findings indicate that, provided a number of prerequisites and conditions are satisfied, it is feasible to build a liquor store in Saudi Arabia. This allows for the minimization of risks and guarantees a high degree of investment profitability. The suggested guidelines and tactical measures could prove beneficial for investors contemplating venturing into the alcohol industry in nations with significant legislative and cultural obstacles.
DEVELOPMENT AND WAYS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT PROJECT “CONSTRUCTION AND REPAIR COMPANY” IN NEW ZEALAND

The main purpose of this thesis is to develop a project for a construction and repair company in New Zealand and provide all the necessary calculations to assist potential investors in making an informed decision regarding this investment project. Furthermore, the study encompasses an investigation of the New Zealand economy, the identification of its principal strengths and weaknesses, the delineation of pivotal sectors for investment, and an assessment of potential risks and opportunities associated with them. This, in turn, enabled the identification of strengths (stable economy, productive labour force, natural resources, access to markets and technology) and weaknesses (remote geographical location, limited markets, competition for highly skilled workers, climate and environmental risks), as well as the forecasting of important economic indicators for investors and the provision of recommendations. In addition to the evaluation of the country's economy, a comprehensive examination of the real estate market and the pertinent issues was conducted. The advantages of investing in the selected country and industry were identified. Finally, the paper contains a specific justification of the selected project, a competitive analysis and calculations of the main indicators of economic attractiveness, such as NPV, PP and PI.
