    Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project "Opening a private bank" in the Kingdom of Spain

    This study focuses on the development and implementation of the international investment project "Opening a Private Bank" in the Kingdom of Spain. The project aims to capitalize on Spain's favorable investment climate, robust banking sector, and strategic economic position within the European Union. The analysis encompasses a comprehensive examination of Spain's socio-economic landscape, banking system, and foreign trade dynamics. Additionally, it evaluates the investment climate and specific opportunities within Madrid's financial sector. The project involves justifying the need for investment resources, estimating expected income, and assessing the economic attractiveness of establishing a private bank in Madrid. By leveraging Spain's strengths and addressing potential challenges, this project aims to create a competitive and innovative banking institution that meets the demands of modern consumers and contributes to the local economy.

    Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project «Climbing Sports Center in the Czech Republic»

    The aim of this paper is to develop the project of Climbing Sports Center opening in the Czech Republic and provide all the required calculations for making a decision regarding the investment of the project. Furthermore, the main tasks are to examine the economy of the chosen country, identify key areas for investment, and assess the risks and opportunities associated with this. Both economical and demographical situation in Czechia were examined, what allowed to define its strengths and weaknesses. Furthermore, the attractiveness of the Czech Republic as an object of foreign investment was analyzed, ongoing trends in this area were forecasted and the country was considered as a place for doing business. Finally, the thesis includes a justification for the chosen project, its description (competitive advantages, analysis of competitors) and the key indicators, such as NPV, PP and PI, which reflects the efficiency of the project.
