The bachelor’s thesis examines the current state and trends of the Swiss
economy over the past fifteen years. It has been revealed that Switzerland is one of
the most politically and economically stable country in Europe, showing high rates
of economic dynamics and successes in international economic relations. This
thesis's primary goal is to plan and assess an investment project for the creation of a
children's development center in Fribourg, Switzerland. Important conclusions show
that there is a sizable need for high-quality child care services for kids aged from 0
to 4. The calculations of the need for investment resources are given, the
organizational and legal form of the created enterprise is substantiated, as well as
the calculations of the main indicators that made it possible to evaluate the
investment attractiveness of the proposed project.
