dc.descriptionУ роботі було проведено дослідження сучасного стану та тенденцій розвитку науки та технологій на міжнародному економічному фронті протягом останніх двох сторіч, починаючи з другої половини ХІХ сторіччя. Оскільки обрана тема має досить великий спектр питань для розгляду, особливу увагу було приділено тенденціям науково-технічного розвитку у сфері пивоваріння як на міжнародному рівні, так і на місцевому. Базою для досліджень було обрано пивоварню “Фанатік”, що спрямована на виробництво крафтового пива, яке згодом матиме доступ до експорту в Азію. Для оцінки потенціалу як фінансового, так і науково-технічного, було проведено техніко-економічний та фінансово-економічний аналізи. Насамперед було встановлено, що обране підприємство має достатній потенціал та рівень конкурентоспроможності на міжнародній арені за умови покращення фінансової та технічної бази спрямованої на виробничий процес. Для покращення репутації у міжнародному середовищі та серед цільової аудиторії розглянута можливість переходу на вуглецево-нейтральне виробництво пива. У загальному, серед багатьох висновків можливо виокремити факт, що пивоварна індустрія має досить швидкий рівень наукового та технологічного розвитку, оскільки цей продукт має неабияку популярність по всьому світу, що є надзвичайним стимулом для пришвидшення росту інновацій на міжнародному рівні.
dc.description.abstractThe research delved into the historical trajectory of science and technology on the global economic stage spanning the last two centuries, commencing from the latter half of the 19th century. Given the broad spectrum of issues inherent in the chosen subject, particular emphasis was placed on analysing trends in scientific and technological advancements within the realm of brewing, both at an international scale and within localised contexts. The research centred around the “Fanatic” brewery, a purveyor of craft beer with aspirations for export to Asia. Comprehensive technical-economic and financial-economic analyses were undertaken to evaluate the potential of both financial and scientific-technical dimensions. The investigation revealed that the selected enterprise harbours considerable potential and competitiveness in the international arena, contingent upon enhancements to its financial and technical infrastructure dedicated to the production process. As a strategic consideration to augment its standing in the global landscape and resonate with the target audience, the feasibility of transitioning to carbon-neutral beer production was explored. In summation, the study yielded numerous conclusions, foremost among them being the observation that the brewing industry manifests a rapid pace of scientific and technological development. This phenomenon is propelled by the widespread popularity of the product on a global scale, serving as an impetus for accelerated innovation within the international domain.
