Анотація
This paper studies the current state and the main trends in the development of
the Finnish economy over the past few years. It describes developments in leading
economic indicators, examines the country's export-import activities, and scrutinizes
Finland's position on a global scale. It also includes consideration of Finland as a
country for investment and business. Particular attention is paid to assessing the
investment climate in Finland and determining the degree of its attractiveness for
Ukrainian investors.
The work has developed an international investment project to create a ski
hotel in Finland, at the expense of an investor from Ukraine. Calculations of the need
for investment resources are given, as well as calculations of the main indicators,
which made it possible to assess the investment attractiveness of the proposed
project.

У цій роботі проведено дослідження сучасного стану та основні тенденції
розвитку економіки Фінляндії за останні декілька років. Вона окреслює зміни
у провідних економічних показниках, досліджує експортно-імпортну
діяльність країни та ретельно вивчає позицію Фінляндії у світовому масштабі.
Вона також включає розгляд Фінляндії як країни для інвестицій та
започаткування бізнесу. Особливо велика увага приділяєтьсь оцінці
інвестиційного клімату Фінляндії та визначенню ступеня її привабливості для
українських інвесторів.
У роботі розроблено міжнародний інвестиційний проект по створенню
гірськолижного готелю у Фінляндії,за рахунок власних коштів інвестора з
України. Наведені розрахунки потреби в інвестиційних ресурсах, також
проведено розрахунки основних показників, які дали змогу оцінити
інвестиційні привабливість запропонованого проекту.
