The degree paper studies the economy of the United Arab Emirates from the time of
the establishment of the state to the present. The UAE, and Dubai in particular, is found to
have an open economy with large surplus and a high standard of living.
The UAE’s economic system is currently rationally diversifying across sectors to
boost growth. It is also important to note that the UAE is one of the countries with a rapidly
developing stock market. The United Arab Emirates is now a major exporter and importer,
continuing to be one of the world's most powerful re-export centers. Moreover, today, the
UAE has become an ideal place for investment.
The degree paper considers an international investment project aimed at starting a
real estate agency in the UAE (Dubai). The indicators for the systematic calculation of
investment resources are given; the organizational and legal form of the enterprise being
created is identified, and the calculations of the main indicators are carried out to assess
the investment attractiveness of the proposed project

У роботі проведено дослідження економіки Об'єднаних Арабських Еміратів від
часів створення держави до сьогодення. Виявлено, що ОАЕ, та зокрема Дубай, мають
відкриту економіку з великим профіцитом і високим рівнем життя.
Економічна система ОАЕ в даний час раціонально диверсифікується в різних
секторах, щоб посилити зростання. Важливо також зазначити, що ОАЕ належить
до країн з швидкими темпами розвитку фондових ринків. Об’єднані Арабські Емірати
зараз є великим експортером та імпортером, продовжуючи залишатися одним з
найпотужніших світових центрів реекспорту. Більш того, на сьогодні, ОАЕ стали
ідеальним місцем для інвестування.
У роботі розглянуто міжнародний інвестиційний проект по відкриттю
агентства нерухомості у ОАЕ (Дубай). Наведені показники для планомірного
розрахунки в інвестиційних ресурсах, виявлено організаційно-правову форму
створюваного підприємства, а також проведено розрахунки основних показників, які
дають змогу оцінити інвестиційну привабливість запропонованого проекту.
