| dc.description | Master’s Degree Project is devoted to the problem of socio-psychological adaptation and resilience of the individual in the conditions of forced displacement. The qualification work presents the results of the analysis of socio-psychological factors of adaptation of internally displaced persons. It has been found that in the psychological context, adaptation is considered as a process of establishing a balance between the needs and aspirations of the individual and the requirements and expectations of the social environment. It is determined that this process is accompanied by changes in the cognitive, emotional and behavioral spheres of the individual. It is substantiated that the process of individual adaptation depends on a number of factors that can facilitate or impede successful adaptation to new conditions. It is noted that among the individual psychological factors are personal characteristics, such as self-esteem, locus of control, resilience, coping strategies and emotional intelligence. It is emphasized that internally displaced persons (IDPs) are a special category of victims of military conflicts who face numerous challenges in the process of adapting to new living conditions. The process of forced displacement is accompanied by significant psychological and social stressors that can negatively affect mental health and well-being. It has been empirically proven that there are high rates of tension of coping strategies in the subscales “Distancing”, “Self-control”, “Search for social support”, and “Acceptance of responsibility”. Having conducted an empirical study of the peculiarities of psychological adaptation of internally displaced persons, it was found that in the context of a large-scale war of Russian troops against Ukraine, internally displaced persons have a number of mental health problems. | |
| dc.description.abstract | Кваліфікаційна робота присвячена проблемі соціально-психологічної адаптації та резильєнтності особистості в умовах вимушеного переміщення. У кваліфікаційній роботі наведено результати аналізу соціально-психологічних чинників адаптації вимушено-переміщених осіб. З’ясовано, що у психологічному контексті адаптація розглядається як процес встановлення рівноваги між потребами та прагненнями особистості та вимогами й очікуваннями соціального середовища. Визначено, що цей процес супроводжується змінами в когнітивній, емоційній та поведінковій сферах особистості. Обґрунтовано, що процес адаптації особистості залежить від низки чинників, які можуть сприяти або перешкоджати успішному пристосуванню до нових умов. Зазначено, що серед індивідуально-психологічних чинників виділяють особистісні характеристики, такі як самооцінка, локус контролю, життєстійкість, копінг-стратегії та емоційний інтелект. Акцентується увага на тому, що внутрішньо переміщені особи (ВПО) є особливою категорією постраждалих від воєнних конфліктів, які стикаються з численними викликами в процесі адаптації до нових умов життя. Процес вимушеного переміщення супроводжується значними психологічними та соціальними стресорами, які можуть негативно впливати на психічне здоров'я та добробут. Емпірично доведено, що існують високі показники напруження копінг-стратегій встановлено у субшкалах «Дистанціювання», «Самоконтроль», «Пошук соціальної підтримки», «Прийняття відповідальності». Здійснивши емпіричне дослідження особливостей психологічної адаптації внутрішньо переміщених осіб, було встановлено, що в умовах широкомасштабної війни російських військ проти України внутрішньо переміщені особи мають низку проблем у психічному здоров’ї. | |
