dc.descriptionУ цій дипломній роботі розглядаються стратегії розробки та реалізації міжнародного інвестиційного проєкту, спрямований на створення компанії з вертикального фермерства та агротехнологій в Італії. У дослідженні оцінюються відповідні економічні тенденції італійської економіки, її роль і положення в глобальному бізнес-ландшафті, а також економічна привабливість інвестиційного проєкту. Для проведення цього дослідження використовувався підхід змішаних методів, включаючи огляд літератури, опитування та фінансовий аналіз. Результати дослідження демонструють значний інвестиційний потенціал таких проєктів на італійському ринку завдяки сприятливим умовам для сільськогосподарської галузі, зокрема зниженим податкам і високому потенціалу зростання. Дослідження надає практичну інформацію для осіб, що приймають рішення, та фахівців галузі, висвітлюючи можливості й виклики в аграрному секторі, тим самим сприяючи його розвитку. dc.description.abstractThis thesis examines strategies for developing and implementing an international investment project aimed at establishing a vertical farming and agrotech company in Italy. The study evaluates the relevant economic trends of the Italian economy, its role and position in the global business landscape, and the investment project's economic attractiveness. A mixed-methods approach was used to conduct this study, including a literature review, a survey, and a financial analysis. The results show significant potential for investment in such projects in the Italian market due to favorable conditions for the agricultural industry, including lower taxes and strong growth potential. The study provides actionable information for decision-makers and industry professionals, highlighting the opportunities and challenges in the agricultural sector, thereby contributing to the growth of the sector.
