dc.descriptionУ роботі досліджено роль транснаціональних корпорацій у сучасній економічній системі та їх вплив на світовий товарний ринок. Транснаціональні корпорації мають вирішальне значення для створення нових технологій та інноваційної діяльності на сучасному етапі економічного розвитку. Той факт, що саме транснаціональні корпорації є джерелами створення більшості технологічних інновацій і що вони найбільше залучені до науково-дослідних і дослідноконструкторських робіт, які потім представлені на товарних ринках, можна використовувати для пояснення масштабного впливу діяльність корпорації. У цій роботі Samsung була взята як приклад транснаціональної корпорації. Проведено аналіз конкурентоспроможності підприємства на товарному ринку, фінансовоекономічного стану підприємства, а також інвестиційної привабливості підприємства. Також проведено аналіз та надано рекомендації щодо покращення позиції підприємства на товарному ринку
dc.description.abstractThe paper examines the role of transnational corporations in the current economic system and their influence on the world commodity market. Transnational firms are crucial to the creation of new technologies and innovative activities at the current stage of economic development. The fact that transnational corporations are specifically the sources of the creation of most technological innovations and that they are most heavily involved in research and development works, which are then presented on the commodity markets, can be used to explain the large-scale impact of the corporation's activities. In this paper, Samsung was taken as an example of a transnational corporation. An analysis was made of the company's competitiveness in the commodity market, the financial and economic condition of the company, as well as the investment attractiveness of the company. Also, an analysis was carried out and recommendations were given to improve the company's position in the commodity market
