dc.descriptionУ роботі проаналізовано сучасні економічні та безпекові тенденції у Франції з акцентом на південний регіон та місто Марсель. Франція залишається однією з найпривабливіших країн для іноземних інвестицій завдяки розвиненій інфраструктурі, стабільному правовому середовищу та зростаючому попиту на послуги приватної охорони. Марсель, як велике середземноморське портове місто та мультикультурний мегаполіс, стикається з низкою викликів у сфері безпеки, зокрема міграційними процесами, організованою злочинністю та питаннями громадської безпеки. Це створює сприятливі умови для запуску приватної охоронної компанії. У дослідженні представлено міжнародний інвестиційний проєкт створення такого підприємства в Марселі, що фінансується венчурним фондом. Наведено розрахунки потреби в інвестиційних ресурсах, обґрунтовано вибір організаційно-правової форми, а також подано фінансові показники, які підтверджують інвестиційну привабливість та довгострокову доцільність реалізації проєкту. dc.description.abstractThe paper examines the current economic and security trends in France, with a focus on the southern region and the city of Marseille. France continues to be one of the most attractive destinations for foreign investment due to its developed infrastructure, legal stability, and growing demand for private security services. Marseille, as a major Mediterranean port and multicultural metropolis, faces specific security challenges related to migration, organized crime, and urban safety. These factors create a favourable environment for launching a private security company. The study proposes an international investment project to establish such an enterprise in Marseille, financed through a venture capital fund. The paper includes detailed calculations of required investment resources, justification of the selected legal and organizational form, and an evaluation of financial indicators that confirm the project's investment attractiveness and long-term feasibility.
