The paper examines the current state and trends of Belgium economy over the
past fifteen years. It has been revealed that Belgium is one of the most developed
countries in Europe, showing high rates of economic dynamics and successes in
international economic relations. Businesses like café are relatively easy to manage and
process of opening it, from creation of the business plan to the first customer is much
more simple than managing large scale industrial supply chain. In addition, there are
many examples of successful entering the market of and making profit of such kind of
service projects. The calculations of the need for investment resources are given, the
organizational and legal form of the created enterprise is substantiated, as well as the
calculations of the main indicators that made it possible to evaluate the investment
attractiveness of the proposed project.
