DEVELOPMENT AND WAYS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT PROJECT “REAL ESTATE AGENCY IN THE UNITED ARAB EMIRATES”

The degree paper studies the economy of the United Arab Emirates from the time of the establishment of the state to the present. The UAE, and Dubai in particular, is found to have an open economy with large surplus and a high standard of living. The UAE’s economic system is currently rationally diversifying across sectors to boost growth. It is also important to note that the UAE is one of the countries with a rapidly developing stock market. The United Arab Emirates is now a major exporter and importer, continuing to be one of the world's most powerful re-export centers. Moreover, today, the UAE has become an ideal place for investment. The degree paper considers an international investment project aimed at starting a real estate agency in the UAE (Dubai). The indicators for the systematic calculation of investment resources are given; the organizational and legal form of the enterprise being created is identified, and the calculations of the main indicators are carried out to assess the investment attractiveness of the proposed project
Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project “IT Company in South Korea”

The bachelor thesis considers the general characteristics and features of the economic development of South Korea. The structural trends in the economy of South Korea and the features of the country’s economic model are researched. The features of the IT sector of South Korea and its role in the economy of the country are shown. It is shown that IT services in South Korea are the promising driver of economic development. The main trends in global trade of South Korea are considered. The analysis of international investment activity and international investment position of South Korea are analyzed. The investment climate in South Korea and its attractiveness to foreign investors are presented. The concept of international investment project “IT Company in South Korea” is created. The profit and costs, investments and sources of their involvement are substantiated. The estimation of investment efficiency of the project is presented.

Виявлено, що Чехія демонструє високі темпи економічної динаміки та успіхи у міжнародних економічних відносинах. Разом з тим, країна має проблеми із старіючим населенням та сповільнення темпів розвитку, що спостерігається протягом останніх років. Економіка країни зазнала значного негативного впливу внаслідок карантинних обмежень Covid-19.Загалом інвестиційний клімат Чеської Республіки створює сприятливі умови дляорганізації підприємств малого бізнесу, де можна поєднувати інвестування та створення робочого місця для самого інвестора. У роботі розроблено міжнародний інвестиційний проект по ресторану. Наведені розрахунки очікуваних результатів та оцінка економічної привабливасті відкриття ресторану в Чехії.

Проведено аналіз інвестеційного клімату та інвестеційної діяльності Бельгії. Мета цієї роботи полягає у комплексному аналізі економіки Бельгії. Розробка інвестеційного проект, його прибутковість й показники успішності проекту. Визначено бюджет витрат та побудовано прогноз доходів і витрат компанії. Надано оцінку економічної інвестиції.
DEVELOPMENT AND WAYS OF IMPLEMENTATION OF THE INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT PROJECT “ELECTRIC SCOOTERSHARING SERVICE IN AUSTRALIA”

The current situation and tendencies of the Australian economy during the last fifteen years are examined in this paper. It was revealed that Australia is one of the world's most developed countries, that it plays a significant role in international politics, that it has high economic dynamics and success in international economic relations, that it is a leading trading country, and that it is a significant humanitarian aid donor. The number of individuals opting for electric scooters as a mode of transportation is rapidly increasing each year, but not everyone is comfortable with owning one. This establishes good conditions for launching a modest electric scooter-sharing service, in which the investor can pool resources and create jobs. An international investment initiative in Australia to construct an electric scootersharing business was developed at the expense of a Ukrainian investor. Calculations of the requirement for investment resources are provided, as well as the organizational and legal form of the new business, as well as calculations of the key factors that allowed the proposed project's investment attractiveness to be assessed.

The main structural trends in the economy of Poland and the development of the key industries are analyzed. The development of logistic sector and its contribution to the economic growth of Poland is considered. It is shown that logistic services will be a promising investment direction. The main trends in international trade of the country are researched; the main goods and services of Polish global trade are studied. The analysis of investment climate and the international investment activity of Poland are presented. The features and benefits of doing business in Poland and the attractiveness of the country to international investors are analyzed. The concept of international investment project of the organization of the logistic company in Poland is presented. The sales and costs, investments and sources of their involvement are substantiated. The calculation of the economic performance of the project is presented.
Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project “Computer club” in Slovakia

The work aims to study the current state of the market and economy, the investment climate, analysis of competitors and the feasibility of doing business in Slovakia. Through various development incentives, the country is attempting to attract additional investment. Among other economies, Slovakia has several important advantages in terms of foreign direct investment. One of them is that the country is a member of the European Union and has a good logistics center. An international investment project of computer club was developed at the expense of an investor from Ukraine. All necessary calculations to determine the attractiveness of the investment project were performed, including the expected profits, costs and the required amount of start-up capital. . The country is trying to attract more investors through various development incentives.
THE DEVELOPMENT OF INTERNATIONAL INVESTMENT PROJECT: “MANUFACTURING OF ELECTRICAL VEHICLES IN ZAMBIA.”

The research explored the current economic activity of Zambia including its statistical data over last ten to fifteen years. The study revealed that, Zambia is one of the world’s largest copper producers and the 2nd largest in Africa after Democratic Republic of Congo. Zambia is an economic ideal country for manufacturing electrical cars due to availability of copper belts. The study also showed that traditional cars in Zambia produce lot of carbon emissions which have negative implications to the environment and this is worsened by acute fuel shortages and hikes in fuel prices. Therefore, this creates a favorable condition for the manufacturing of electrical cars which requires no fuel, improves economic growth and promotes a better environment. The project also described the position and role of Zambia in the International economic relations including its exportimport trends for the last fifteen years. It gathered that Zambia is one the most competitive country in Africa. The calculations for the need for investment are provided, the organizational and legal requirements of the investment are given, and as well the calculations of the main indicators that made it possible to evaluate the investment attractiveness of the proposed project are stated
The Development and Ways of Implementation of International Investment Project “Hotel Business” in Norway

The paper assesses the up-to-date position and directions of improvement of the Norwegian economy over the past fifteen years. It has been discovered that the Norway is one of the most successful countries in Eastern Europe, demonstrating high figures of economic dynamics and achievements in international economic acquaintanceships. It was established that Norway is an export-oriented country, majority of whose gross output is provided by the energy sector. The key results highlight that Norway is at a stage where tourism is one of the most profitable sectors of economy. The hypothesis about development and accomplishment of the worldwide investment project gives a examined earning in Norway Tourism industry. Calculations of the need for investment resources are given, an international investment project to create a hotel in Bergen was evolved at the expense of cooperation of Ukrainian and Norwegian investors, along with the estimates of the major indicators that made it possible to measure the investment attractiveness of the presented project.

The degree paper examines and considers the general characteristics of the Portuguese economy over the past few years. The investment attractiveness of the country for potential investors in the international market is analyzed. The relevance and demand for starting a real estate agency in Portugal by attracting investment from Ukraine have been studied. The peculiarities of small and medium businesses in the selected country have been researched. Based on these data, the necessary calculations have been made to identify the need for investment resources and key indicators that allow assessing the feasibility of the selected project.

Розробка та шляхи реалізації міжнародного інвестиційного проекту: «Сервіс з оренди транспортних засобів у Нідерландах» Автор виконав дослідження економічної ситуації та інвестиційного клімату країни Нідерланди. Автор прийшов до висновку, що за даними Європейського Союзу, країна займає 6 місце серед усіх учасників союзу. Економіка країни орієнтована переважно на зарубіжні країни та приваблювання зарубіжних інвестицій. А миролюбна політика та налагодженні економічні процеси приваблюють більшість країн світу, створюючи нові налагоджені економічні відносини. За підсумками 2021 року економіка Нідерландів увійшла до двадцятки найбільших економік у світі за сукупним обсягом ВВП. Автор помітив парадокс: не дивлячись на те, що Нідерланди займають лише 134-те місце в світі за розмірами території, 59 - те за чисельністю населення, їх території багаті тільки природним газом і не володіють великими запасами інших природних ресурсів, за підсумками 2021 року економіка Нідерландів увійшла до двадцятки найбільших економік у світі за сукупним обсягом ВВП. У цій роботі автор оцінив перспективи імплементації інвестиційного проекту сервіс з оренди транспортних засобів у нідерландській економіці . В цій роботі описаний, повний процес створення та розвитку проекту, розраховані початкові витрати, податки та прогнозовані прибутки. Автор прийшов до висновку, що високі початкові інвестиції та складність втілення ідеї, повністю виправдовують себе, так як проект є надзвичайно привабливим, має потенціал і вагомий прибуток.

Денисенко Д.О. Розробка та шляхи реалізації міжнародного інвестиційного проекту «Відкриття туристичної агенції» в КНР. У роботі було проведено детальний аналіз сучасного стану та тенденцій розвитку економіки КНР за останні 15 років. Було виявлено, що КНР має одну з найрозвиненіших економічних систем в світі. В 2022 році за рівнем номінального ВВП КНР починає випереджати Сполучені Штати Америки. В процесі дослідження було виявлено, що КНР має досить своєрідну соціально-економічну модель, що дозволяє країні впевнено розвиватися з року в рік. Також КНР має досить високий рівень інтеграції в міжнародні міграційні процеси та зовнішньоекономічну діяльність. В своїй внутрішній політиці китайська влада застосовує популяризацію національних та культурних цінностей, основне завдання яких захистити населення від впливу західної культури. Також в країні є велика кількість цікавих історичних та культурних об’єктів та розвинена інфраструктура. Всі ці фактори створюють сприятливі умови для відкриття туристичної агенції в КНР. У роботі розроблено інвестиційний проект по відкриттю туристичної агенції в Пекіні за рахунок власних коштів інвестора з України. Наведені джерела та обсяги інвестицій в проект, розраховані основні показники, які дозволяють оцінити привабливість даного інвестиційного проекту.
Development and ways of implementation of the international investment project “Resort hotel in Finland”

This paper studies the current state and the main trends in the development of the Finnish economy over the past few years. It describes developments in leading economic indicators, examines the country's export-import activities, and scrutinizes Finland's position on a global scale. It also includes consideration of Finland as a country for investment and business. Particular attention is paid to assessing the investment climate in Finland and determining the degree of its attractiveness for Ukrainian investors. The work has developed an international investment project to create a ski hotel in Finland, at the expense of an investor from Ukraine. Calculations of the need for investment resources are given, as well as calculations of the main indicators, which made it possible to assess the investment attractiveness of the proposed project.
AUTOMOBILE INVESTMENT: THE CASE STUDY OF GERMAN ECONOMY GROWTH

The paper examines the current state and trends of the German economy over the past twenty years. It has been revealed that Germany is one of the most developed countries in Europe, showing high rates of economic dynamics and successes in international economic relations. The automotive industry has a great reputation. Cars “Made in Germany” are synonymous with quality and sophisticated engineering processes worldwide. Furthermore, the industry is an important driver of prosperity and innovation in Europe. In 2019, companies from the automotive sector generated record sales of €435.3 billion which amounts to 20% of the total German industry revenue. This means that automotive represents the largest industry sector in Germany. Industry experts claim that the driving force for this development was the strong growth of the Chinese market in the past years. The industry has always been an attractive employer. The German automotive sector consists of almost 900 companies that have employed over 833,000 people in 2019. The calculations of the need for investment resources are given, the organizational and legal form of the created enterprise is substantiated, as well as the calculations of the main indicators that made it possible to evaluate the investment attractiveness of the proposed project. Automotive investment grows year after year, and demand for them grows rapidly, but there is no proper system at the time, therefore developing a smart modern automobile industry service is a very good concept under such conditions. Germany is a global powerhouse in technology and engineering, but it falls behind in digital transformation. Access to high-speed broadband networks, particularly in rural regions, could be increased. Mobile data consumption is relatively low, as are connection speeds.

У процесі дослідження було виявлено, що Австрія є однією з найпривабливіших країн Європи за якістю життя, тому що її економіка стрімко розвивається з кожним роком. Інвестиційний клімат країни є привабливим для іноземних інвесторів та має сприятливі умови для успішного ведення бізнесу. У цій роботі розроблено міжнародний інвестиційний проект прокату велосипедів у Австрійській Республіці, із залученням власних коштів інвестора. У роботі описана головна ідея проекту і повний процес його створення, а також розраховані початкові та щомісячні витрати і прогнозовані прибутки. Так як ідея проекту є сучасна і слідує світовим тенденціям, за допомогою проведених розрахунків можна оцінити проект та зробити висновок, що він є дуже привабливим та має великий потенціал.

Розробка та шляхи реалізації міжнародного інвестиційного проекту: «Відкриття спортивного залу у Швеції» У даній роботі проведено дослідження економіки Швеції в цілому, та її інвестиційного клімату за усіма критеріями. Після всіх досліджень, було зроблено висновок, що шведський інвестиційний клімат досить привабливий для іноземних інвесторів, які хочуть відкрити свою справу у розвинутій країні. Єдине, що може збентежити – високі податки в країні. Висока податкова ставка обумовлена тим, що держава, муніципалітети і регіони в Швеції мають широку зону відповідальності. Такі сфери, як освіта, охорона здоров'я та інфраструктура, фінансуються за рахунок оподаткування. Економіка Швеції розвинена, експортно-орієнтована. Її головними ресурсами є ліс, гідроенергія та залізняк. Країна має сучасну інфраструктуру, чудові внутрішні та зовнішні комунікації та висококваліфіковану робочу силу. У цій роботі описується перспективи імплементації інвестиційного проекту відкриття спортивного залу у шведському бізнесі. Також представлений повний процес його створення та розвитку, середня заробітна плата робітників, загальні витрати та приблизний щомісячний та щорічний дохід, а також чистий прибуток з урахуванням усіх необхідних податків.
Development and implementation of the international investment project “Beauty Salon” in Spain.

You can create a job on your own, organizing your own business, in which there will be no dependence on the whims of the boss, and the amount of income - it's just your own hands and head. Is Spain a country where this can be done? How to realize your dream and open, for example, a beauty salon? How much is an outdoor beauty salon in Spain? Consider the main stages of obtaining permits to open a salon. To find out how much it costs to open such an enterprise. An international investment project to create a beauty salon in Alicante at the expense of an investor from Ukraine has been developed. Calculations of the need for investment resources are given, the organizational and legal form of the created enterprise is substantiated, and also the calculations of the basic indicators which have allowed to estimate investment attractiveness of the offered project are carried out.

Розглянуто, ключові економічні показники, завдяки яким Об’єднані Арабські Емірати мають досить сильну і сталу економічну ситуацію; та чим саме заохочують інвесторів з усього світу. Проаналізовано туристичну галузь, та шляхи реалізації міжнародного інвестиційного проекту «Відкриття готелю». Надані відповіді на питання правової форми проекту; переваги емірату Дубай, для реалізації проекту; план та ресурси для реалізації; сума інвестування та термін окупності проекту; також, проведено аналіз основних показників, за допомогою яких, можливо оцінити ступінь привабливості даного проекту.

Досліджуючи Великобританію, було виявлено, що вона є однією з найбільш високорозвинених країн в світі. Ця країна займає вагоме місце в зовнішньоекономічній діяльності світу. Вона є одним із лідерів серед експортерів та імпортерів в світі. Великобританія вважається однією з найкращих країн в світі для інвестицій, тому що в цій країні прозора і технологічно – розвинена економіка. Багато інвесторів не бояться вкладати гроші в бізнес в Великобританії через те, що ця країна має стабільну економіку та національну валюту. У роботі розроблено міжнародний інвестиційний проект по відкриттю екскурсійного бюро у Великобританії за рахунок власних коштів інвестора з України. У цій роботі описана головна ідея мого інвестиційного проекту, процес відкриття бізнесу в Великобританії. Також наведені розрахунки початкових та щомісячних витрат та можливі прибутки. Розробивши міжнародний інвестиційний проект та розрахувавши всі показники можна зробити висновок про те, чи є привабливим та вдалим міжнародний інвестиційний проект.
